This template describes the current website implementation. It is pending operator and legal review, not an approved privacy policy. Operator identity, hosting practices, and a verified contact channel must be confirmed before adoption.
1. Scope and purpose
Gavalytics by Karya dreams Digital presents product concepts and browser-based planning tools. This notice covers this website only, not a deployed camera system, AI service, or future application. The site does not offer login, account registration, live feeds, or connected AI processing.
2. Language preference cookie
Changing language writes a cookie named locale with the value en or id. It remembers your choice across the site for up to 31,536,000 seconds (365 days) from the latest selection. It uses Path=/ and SameSite=Lax, with Secure added on HTTPS. The browser sends it with applicable site requests so the server can render the selected language. It is readable by website JavaScript and is not an authentication cookie.
You can delete or block this cookie in browser settings. Without a valid preference, the site defaults to English. Selecting another language updates the cookie again.
3. Demo input and retention
Preview messages, drafts, searches, and reactions are held in page memory. These interactions do not submit your input to a server, AI provider, or external tool. The application does not persist them in local storage or a database; reloading the page resets them. They are not a saved workspace. Do not enter personal, confidential, or credential information in demonstrations.
4. Website delivery and external resources
The current application includes no analytics or advertising trackers, remote fonts, or third-party embeds. Images and application assets are bundled with the site; named products are illustrative references, not active integrations. Loading pages still requires ordinary network requests. Hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP addresses and browser headers. Its logging, retention, recipients, and processing locations have not been verified for this draft; no claim of zero infrastructure data collection is made.
5. Questions, rights, and changes
Applicable law may provide rights to information, access, correction, deletion, objection, or a complaint to a competent authority, depending on the processing and jurisdiction. Nothing here restricts those rights. This site does not yet publish a verified privacy request channel. Use only an independently verified operator channel if you already have one, and do not put requests or identity documents into the local demo. The operator must publish its identity, a working request channel, and verified processing details before approving this notice, and review it whenever site functionality changes.
